Choosing Products and Placing an Order
The Product Information pages are designed to give you all the information you need to make a decision as to which product or products are right for you. If you need more information don't hesitate to contact us on 0845 688 5166 or by filling in the form on the Contact Page.
Once you have decided which products you wish to order, please proceed to the order page. Here you will see a list of products, each one with a quantity box (currently with a 1 in) and a button to add to your cart. You can add as many products as you wish to your cart before proceeding, and don't worry as you can edit the contents of your cart later. If you wish to refine the product list then simply use the 'Click here to refine product list' option at the top of the product list and select from each of the drop down lists to refine by each category. The product list will be updating as you choose from these lists and can be accessed by either scrolling down the page slightly or by clicking the Jump To Products link above the filters.
Once you have finished adding products to your Shopping Cart view the contents of your cart by clicking one of the following:
- The View Shopping Cart link in the menu at the top
- The View Shopping Cart link on the menu at the side
- The View Shopping Cart link at the very bottom of the page
Those links will appear on every page you are on, so you can easily check the contents of your cart at any time.
When you are on the shopping cart page you have a number of options:
- Change the values in the quantity boxes and press the update button to update the contents of you cart and show the new totals
- Click any of the red crosses
next to the products to delete this line from the cart completely - Click here to Empty Cart located near the bottom right of your shopping cart will completely remove every item from your cart (you will be prompted to confirm this action when you click this)
- If you are happy with the contents of your cart and wish to proceed then please click the 'Send us your Order' link underneath the cart, here you will be asked for a few details before submitting your order to us.
All of our prices are exclusive of packing, carriage and VAT. VAT will be calculated and shown on the Shopping Cart page. The rest will be calculated and shown seperately on our reply to your enquiry.
Delivery
Your goods will be despatched once funds have cleared. We aim to deliver your items within 7 working days of receiving and accepting your order.

All chalk and drywipe board surfaces are guaranteed for 5 years
'A Boards'
Our wooden 'A Boards' are robustly made, supplied with quality fittings and finishes. We guarantee the frames against any structural deterioration, through normal use, for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Should you have cause to make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as any problem is noticed. We aim to resolve any claim within 7 working days of being notified.
