Choosing Products and Placing an Order

The Product Information pages are designed to give you all the information you need to make a decision as to which product or products are right for you. If you need more information don't hesitate to contact us on 0845 688 5166 or by filling in the form on the Contact Page.

Once you have decided which products you wish to order, please proceed to the order page. Here you will see a list of products, each one with a quantity box (currently with a 1 in) and a button to add to your cart. You can add as many products as you wish to your cart before proceeding, and don't worry as you can edit the contents of your cart later. If you wish to refine the product list then simply use the 'Click here to refine product list' option at the top of the product list and select from each of the drop down lists to refine by each category. The product list will be updating as you choose from these lists and can be accessed by either scrolling down the page slightly or by clicking the Jump To Products link above the filters.

Once you have finished adding products to your Shopping Cart view the contents of your cart by clicking one of the following:

• The View Shopping Cart link in the menu at the top
• The View Shopping Cart link on the menu at the side
• The View Shopping Cart link at the very bottom of the page

Those links will appear on every page you are on, so you can easily check the contents of your cart at any time.

When you are on the shopping cart page you have a number of options:

1. Change the values in the quantity boxes and press the update button to update the contents of you cart and show the new totals
2. Click any of the red crosses next to the products to delete this line from the cart completely
3. Click here to Empty Cart located near the bottom right of your shopping cart will completely remove every item from your cart (you will be prompted to confirm this action when you click this)
4. If you are happy with the contents of your cart and wish to proceed then please click the 'Send us your Order' link underneath the cart, here you will be asked for a few details before submitting your order to us.

Navigating the Site

Around the site you will notice some words are coloured blue (and underlined unless part of one of the menus), and when you hover your mouse pointer over them they will turn red. This denotes the presence of a link (which will take you to another page or another part of the page you are on)

At the top of the page there is a navigation bar with links to each main page on our site. If you hover your mouse pointer over them they will give you a brief description of the content contained within (This depends on the browser you are using), simply click to go to that page.

On the right hand side of the page towards the top you will see a menu. This contains several sections:

• Menu
• External Links
• Contact Us
• Shopping
• News

The first part contains links to other parts of our site. The External Links contains links to other websites, clicking on one of these links will take you away from our site unless you choose to open in a new browser or tab using the right click options. 3D Products are not responsible for any content found within these sites and using them is done so at your own risk. The third part contains simply our phone number for ease of reference, if you click view more our Company Address will be shown to you (This is also on the Contact Page). The 4th part is to give you an easy way to navigate around the shopping system. The last part is our News feed and will be updated with any relevant offers or information

At the bottom of your page you will see the website footer, this contains a link for you to contact the webmaster (website creator) and also to view our sitemap, the sitemap is an easy way to see all pages of the site at a glance and choose one as required to visit.
The other links are similar to those mentioned above, About Us will take you to the Company Information page, View Shopping Cart will take you to your Shopping Cart. and if you click Developed by Purple Oak you will be taken to the website of the developer, Purple Oak.
